The Pilot Rock Public Library is located at 144 N. Alder Place in Pilot Rock, OR. The library provides free services to all residents living within the Pilot Rock city/county boundaries, with services available to all others for a fee.

We are a member of the Sage Library System of Eastern Oregon. The Sage system is the combined catalog of 34 school libraries, 38 public libraries, 3 academic libraries, and 1 special library spread throughout 11 counties in Eastern Oregon.

Our Mission

    The mission of the Pilot Rock Public Library is to provide library resources and services necessary to meet the educational, recreational, and informational needs of the public.  The library attempts to serve the needs of all library district residents regardless of age, race, creed, national origin and political and social views.
